SAëF is a technology-driven concierge platform that facilitates and coordinates personalized concierge services and private security arrangements between Users and third-party Security Providers. These providers may include:

• Licensed security companies
• Independent, certified security professionals
• Other qualified service vendors

SAëF is not a licensed security company and does not deliver security services directly. Instead, we act as an independent intermediary, streamlining the process of sourcing, arranging, and managing private security and concierge services—such as coordinating your stay and experiences in Las Vegas. All services are delivered solely by third-party providers who operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SAëF.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By accessing SAëF, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To maintain platform integrity and safety, we may require Users to verify their identity by:

• Uploading a government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license)
• Providing a real-time facial image ("selfie") for biometric verification

By participating in this process, you agree:

• The submitted documents are genuine and yours
• Facial recognition technology may be used to confirm your identity
• Verification data may be processed by third-party providers who follow data protection laws

Your data will be stored securely and used only for verification, fraud prevention, and platform security purposes.

SAëF facilitates connections with a broad network of Security Providers, which may include both licensed security companies and certified individuals. While we make efforts to ensure providers meet legal, licensing, and insurance requirements, you acknowledge and agree that:

• SAëF does not employ or control the Security Providers
• We do not guarantee the quality, conduct, or outcomes of services delivered
• Any engagement is between you and the selected Security Provider, and is conducted at your own discretion and risk

• Services can be booked through the platform or with SAëF's assistance, based on availability and your service requirements
• All pricing, fees, and estimated charges will be disclosed before confirmation
• Payments are processed securely via our designated payment partners
• You agree to pay all applicable charges, including concierge fees, taxes, and service rates
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is unsuccessful

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

• 72+ hours before service: Full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party fees already incurred on your behalf.
• Within 72 hours: Partial refund of up to 50%, excluding any non-refundable third-party costs.
• Day-of / No-show: Not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be provided for any unused services once your experience has begun.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@saef.app. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

After service completion, both Users and Providers may leave reviews and ratings. You agree to ensure your feedback is:

• Truthful and respectful
• Free from defamatory, offensive, or misleading content

SAëF reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards or platform policies.

You may not use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Harass, harm, or intimidate others
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent security or verification systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: SAëF is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform or any services performed by Security Providers. We make no guarantees about the availability, quality, or safety of third-party providers. You assume full responsibility for selecting, communicating with, and engaging with the Provider.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAëF, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the platform or services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Disputes or incidents involving any Security Provider

We take privacy seriously. All personal and biometric data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Data is not sold or shared for marketing and is only used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and safety.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the SAëF platform, or any services provided through the Platform (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided herein.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. The party raising the dispute must send a written notice to the other party outlining the relevant facts, the nature of the claim, and the specific relief sought. Upon receipt of the notice, the receiving party shall have 30 days to evaluate the claim and attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. No arbitration may be initiated unless and until this 30-day informal resolution period has concluded.

Binding Arbitration

If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions

By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive: the right to a trial by jury; and the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Fees and Costs

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under the applicable rules.

Survival and Severability

This arbitration agreement shall survive the termination of your relationship with SAëF and any termination of your use of the Platform or services. If any part of this provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

SAëF may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any revisions.
